The Belgian Game Awards Are Back And Bigger Than Ever!
Prepare for a dazzling award show, a two-day game expo and a Steam event to celebrate the best games Belgium has on offer!
BELGIUM, 23 APRIL 2024 - The Belgian Game Awards, organized by FLEGA and BelgianGames with support from various partners of the Belgian game ecosystem, are set to make a glorious return this year. Submissions for the awards open today, and Belgian developers are eager to submit their best work.
The highlight of this year's event will be the Belgian Game Awards 2024 live show scheduled for the evening of October 18th in Brussels Expo. On October 19th & 20 game enthusiasts can discover and play games of nominees and winners at Gameforce. With Gameforce joining forces with Made in Asia and Heroes Comic Con, we’re looking forward to celebrating the largest videogame event Belgium has ever seen.
In addition to the live show and expo, a week-long Belgian Game Awards Steam Event is planned to celebrate this year's nominees. The event will also feature winners and nominees from previous years, creating a comprehensive showcase of Belgium's gaming talent. The exact dates for the Steam event will be announced soon.
The Belgian Game Awards have a rich history of honouring outstanding games and studios. Some past highlights include Divinity Original Sin 2 (Larian Studios), Nanotale (Fishing Cactus), The Almost Gone (Happy Volcano), and Spookware (Beeswax).
