Calgary & Warsaw, May 28, 2026 - Turns out, a game about carefully scaling fish with increasingly unreasonable tools can get very out of hand. Since announcing its release date, Scale the Depths has only gotten fishier. The numbers kept climbing, the internet kept watching, and after hooking over 300,000 demo players and 200,000 wishlists, the full version is finally available on Steam.
Players step into the tiny metal shoes of a fishmonger robot whose job is simple: catch fish, prepare them properly, and serve them to hungry customers. The customers, unfortunately, are not always simple. Some are cute. Some are picky. Some are mythical. Some are ancient beings that probably shouldn’t be ordering dinner from a tiny robot on a boat.
