18 MARCH 2026 – Dutch indie studio Starbrew Games is flapping with excitement to announce that Duck Side of the Moon, their cozy open-world exploration and crafting adventure about a duck astronaut searching for a new home in a whimsical galaxy, will launch on PC (Steam + Epic Games Store) and Nintendo Switch, on May 7th!
After crash-landing in a strange but charming galaxy, Doug the duck sets out on a journey to gather resources, build gadgets, upgrade his spaceship, and discover that life among the stars might not be as stressful as it was quacked up to be.
The Duck Side of the Moon demo is still available on Steam, where it currently holds a 100% "Very Positive" rating from players. It's the perfect introducktion to the game!

An introducktion
Duck Side of the Moon is a cozy open-world crafting and exploration adventure where curiosity leads the way and relaxation is part of the mission plan. Players drift through a whimsical galaxy as Doug the duck, gathering materials, crafting gadgets, upgrading their crashed spaceship into a place that finally feels like home again.
Across colorful little planets, the journey unfolds at a gentle pace and while you meet and help the unusual locals, including some surprisingly chatty rocks.
Even in space, a little winging it goes a long way!

Starbrew Games is a small indie studio based in the Netherlands, founded by six recent graduates. Duck Side of the Moon marks the team’s first commercial release and the beginning of their mission to create imaginative games that bring warmth, humor, and a little bit of wonder to players.
