3 NOVEMBER 2026, The Netherlands – Dutch indie studio Starbrew Games is flapping with excitement to announce that Duck Side of the Moon, their cozy open-world exploration and crafting adventure, is coming to PlayStation 5 on November 17th!
Duck Side of the Moon is already out on PC (Steam + Epic Games Store) and Nintendo Switch. On November 17th, PS5 players can finally join Doug on his cozy cosmic adventure, and every platform can start growing a garden among the stars!
The game centers around relaxation, featuring no combat or death. Crashed because he's overworked, Doug is destined to learn the value of rest! (Or is he?)
Since launching in May, Doug the duck has explored every corner of the galaxy, crafted plenty of gadgets and made friends with chatty rocks. Now it's time to settle in. With Homegrown, players can plant seeds, tend their own crops and decorate their spaceship until it feels like home. After all, life among the stars is a lot less stressful with a garden!
Duck Side Of the Moon - Homegrown Update & PS5 Announcement Trailer:
“Ever since launch, we couldn’t wait to expand on the cozy universe we created. We had so many ideas floating around, and Homegrown gives players more to do and more ways to make Doug’s spaceship their own. After all, life among the stars is a lot less stressful with a garden!”

The Homegrown content unlocks around halfway through the game. Players who have already finished Duck Side of the Moon can load their existing save and find the new content waiting for them.
