Ex-Guitar Hero and DJ Hero Developers Launch Aaero2: Black Razor Edition December 16th
To celebrate the launch, cult rhythm-shooter kicks off the Black Razor Sessions, a Twitch tour featuring guest DJs from across the UK electronic scene

28 November 2025 – Publisher Wired Productions and acclaimed indie developer Mad Fellows, are excited to announce that Aaero2: Black Razor Edition will launch worldwide on 16th December for PlayStation 5, Epic Store and GOG, with new DLC Music Packs also available for Xbox and Steam players.
Mad Fellows, the studio founded by former Guitar Hero and DJ Hero developers, created Aaero2: Black Razor Edition in partnership with renowned EDM Music label Monstercat, and Wired’s inhouse Record label, Black Razor Records, to blend high-speed rail-shooter action with rhythm-driven precision, transforming your controller into an instrument and your gameplay into a performance.
Aaero2: Black Razor Edition will be available digitally on PlayStation 5, Epic Store and GOG from 16th of December 2025 for £15.99/ $19.99 with a 10% discount at launch.
